Patient Feedback

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you feel you have an idea of areas where we can improve, please complete our patient feedback form and place it in the suggestion box which is located at reception. If you have a complaint, please discuss this with your doctor or our practice manager.

As of the 1st of January 2023, our General Practitioners will be following a Mixed Billing Policy.

Please ensure your Medicare card is valid and up to date and please bring it to every appointment. We can electronically process your Medicare rebate on your behalf. We recommend that you ensure your bank details are up to date on my.gov.au to avoid any delays in receiving your rebate. The rebate should appear in your bank account within 1-5 business days. Payment facilities include Eftpos (we accept most major cards) and cash.
